Butler Marketing Ltd. is a privately owned company based in Richmond, BC, Canada. We are a wholesale distributor of hardware products to the cabinet, furniture and millwork industries with our office and warehouse in Richmond, BC.

  • Hours of Operation:
    Our sales desks are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (local time).

    free to drop in and see our showroom and warehouse whenever you are in our area.
  • Minimum Orders:
    We are a wholesale distributor to manufacturers. In addition, we supply product to
    hardware retailers, and support their businesses by not selling retail. Our minimum
    order is $25.00 and we may apply a $5.00 service charge to smaller transactions.
  • Terms of Sale:
    Our terms are net 30 days. All invoices over 60 days will be considered delinquent, and
    in-house orders will be placed on hold until balance of the account is brought current
    with our terms. Overdue accounts may be subject to interest charges of 1% per month,
    applied to the overdue balance.
  • New Accounts:
    We invite you to complete our credit application form. Upon submission, we will advise
    you of our position in a timely manner. Until credit has been established, we would be
    selling on a C.O.D. basis.
  • Returned Goods Policy:
    If you wish to return goods to us, please advise us first and upon our approval, we may
    issue a return goods number. This will ensure that returned goods are properly
    received and credited to the correct account. Full credit will be allowed to cover errors
    in shipping or defective product. Returns made for any other reason may be subjected
    to a restocking charge of 20%. A copy of the original invoice may be required.
    Obsolete, discontinued or special order products are not returnable
